Service Offer – Diagnostics and Repair of Towed Sonars

Scope of Services

We offer comprehensive diagnostics and repair of towed sonars used in hydrographic, military, and research operations. Our services are performed by qualified ESCORT Technology service personnel with many years of experience in servicing sonar systems and underwater devices.

Scope of Work Includes:

Preliminary Diagnostics – analysis of the sonar system's functionality, verification of the correct operation of transducers, onboard electronics, and communication with the host unit.
System Testing and Calibration Control of measurement accuracy, calibration of transmitting and receiving systems.
Mechanical and Electrical Inspection Evaluation of the condition of the tow cable, housing, connectors, cables, and all structural components.
Component Replacement or Repair Including transducers, electronic modules, communication interfaces, and underwater connectors.
Final Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) System commissioning in laboratory and/or field conditions, and preparation of a results report.
Software and Firmware Updates If applicable to the specific sonar model.

Stages of Execution

Receipt of Request and Initial Analysis (Optional Remote Consultation)
Equipment Collection or Delivery to Service Center.
Diagnostics (up to 5 business days) — including a report and repair cost estimate.
Client Approval of Quotation.
Repair Execution and Testing (up to 10 business days).
Return of Device with Full Documentation and Test Certificate.
